1. Mail or e-mail your repair or service invoice along with pictures of the tire damage if applicable.
2. Include your current mailing address as well as your registration number along with the other documentation to assist with the filing process.
Please allow four weeks for reimbursement processing.
Vehicles must return to the issuing dealer, if within 25 miles. If you are unable to secure a service provider for your repair on your own, please contact the selling dealer for further assistance. Tindol reserves the right to inspect a nonrepairable tire before reimbursement is issued. Tindol is not liable for any services rendered. If your vehicle was purchased with the roadside reimbursement program, please contact your selling dealer for proof of purchase to be filed with the repair invoice. Tindol Tire Hazard Reimbursement is nontransferrable from the original vehicle it was purchased with. A dealer traded vehicle to a non-participating dealership will not be honored. One time use only. There is a waiting period of 72 hours from the date of registration.
